Construction Underway on High-End Retail Center in Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn., June 27, 2013 — KBE Building Corporation has begun construction on the East Greenwich Mixed Use Center, a high-end retail center on Grand Avenue in Greenwich, CT.

The $4 million, 15,000 square foot project will consist of a three-story building with a parking garage, sub-basement for storage, and a rooftop terrace. The building will be constructed between two occupied buildings and will house three retail stores, one office space, and three apartments.

An architectural team from Ridberg & Associates designed the project.

The project is slated for completion in February 2014.
