KBE Awarded Multiple Cumberland Farms as Retailer Continues to Rebrand and Expand

May 28, 2017 – Helping Cumberland Farms with its extensive rebranding effort has become a major part of KBE Building Corporation’s daily workload. Over the last three years, the regionally based commercial construction services firm has completed or has underway 14 store locations.

Recently awarded projects include Connecticut store locations in Bridgeport, Centerbrook, Groton, and Wallingford.  The typical scope of work for these convenience store expansions and renovations encompass approximately 4,500 sf of retail and support space in a wood-framed building, along with fuel tanks and fuel pump islands of up to ten pumps.

Completed projects in Connecticut include Bloomfield, Fairfield, Milford, Monroe, Naugatuck, North Haven, Portland, Quaker Hill, Torrington, and Waterbury.
