Kord Baker Promoted to Warranty/Compliance Officer

FARMINGTON, Conn., and COLUMBIA, Md., Dec. 3, 2012 — KBE Building Corporation has promoted Kord Baker to Warranty/Compliance Officer.

Mr. Baker joined KBE in 1999 as a laborer, and has worked as a Project Superintendent since 2007, where he would coordinate and schedule trade contractors and maintain KBE’s Safety Plan as the on-site OSHA administrator.  

In his new role as the Warranty/Compliance Officer, Mr. Baker is now responsible for tracking and management of all project warranties, as well as post-construction follow-up of any warranty issues.
