Description: Construction Manager at Risk and Design-Build delivery of mechanical/electrical systems for the 20,000 sf Learning Lab at Connecticut Public Broadcasting’s headquarters and broadcast studios. The 4th and 5th floors of the headquarters building provide classrooms, production studios, auditorium, media production facilities, viewing room, and computer workstations. KBE previously completed the full renovation of the headquarters building and constructed two broadcast studios for the network.
Noteworthy: The Learning Lab’s first education partners include Hartford Public Schools, and it serves as a satellite campus for 100 high school seniors from the Journalism and Media Academy.
