Due to expansive soil conditions, the building is set on a post-tension slab on grade. Exterior finishes include stucco with brick and stone veneer, and spray foam roof.
Among the community amenities are a landscaped walkway around the entire facility, a concrete walking path in the courtyard, an 1,800-sf dining room supported by a full commercial kitchen, resident laundry rooms, salon, wellness room, private dining room for individual families, ice cream parlor, library, fitness room, and game room.
