Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the 2-story, 132,775 sf assisted living and memory care facility on the Sierra Bloom Wellness Campus, which is located in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The wood-framed structure with a total of 146 studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The
building features a stucco and manufactured stone facade, along with unique laser-cut metal relief panels with a Native American motif. The expansive soil
conditions on site necessitated the use of a post-tensioned slab foundation to ensure building stability. Additional work scope includes planning and
construction of roadways, utilities, and other off-site components to connect the additional eight buildings planned for the site.
