Description: Construction Manager at Risk for 23,000 sf of new residential units. a 2-story dining room addition, and 7,000 sf renovation of existing community center, including renovations to the bar, theatre, lobby, and other common areas. The 23,000 sf, two-story addition houses assisted living and dementia care unit on the first floor, with independent living units on the second. The facility features high-end finishes, extensive wood trim and wainscoting, and a vaulted wood beam-and-plank ceiling.
