Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the 155,750 sf, four-story senior living community. The community provides 143 residential units and support services for Independent Living units (66 units), Assisted Living (50 units), and Memory Care (27 units). Set on a 6.8-acre former granite quarry, site challenges included the repurposing or removal of 72,000 cy of site materials, installation of soil nail walls, and extensive retaining walls to manage the significant site grade differential.
