Description:
Program Manager for the City of Meriden's $36.4 million ARPA Applicant Concierge and Construction Project Services contract, assisting the City in the administration of its ARPA-funded infrastructure and facilities improvement program. Scope include review of funding applications, developing and awarding design and construction contracts, and construction oversight of all projects funded by the federal program. Projects implemented under the program include:
Roof replacement at the Meriden Inn
Restoration and re-installation of 30+ windows at the historic Solomon Goffe House
Installed a new perimeter Deer Fence around the entirty of the Hanging Hills Orchard facility,
Project scheduled to start Spring 2024:
Hunters Golf Course – Paving
Boys and Girls Club Roof Replacements, RTU Replacement and interior Bathroom Renovations.
American Legion – Window and Door Replacement
Parks and Rec – Complete (2) ongoing Tennis Court upgrades, and Start (4) additional Tennis Court upgrades
Meriden Raiders - Start the renovation of their Equipment Building
Currently in Design and Prepping for Bid are:
Gallery 53 – Elevator Replacement and Egress Upgrades
Several Dining Establishments – Scheduled for Interior Upgrades and minor Renovations.
