Description: General Contractor for 74,800 sf, Victorian style, 3-story police station for the City of Danbury. Responsibilities included remediation of 32,000 tons of contaminated soil, extensive dewatering, rammed aggregate piers, and all related site work. Building construction consisted of structural steel, brick veneer, mansford roof, decorative dormers, and all interiors including MEP installations, and finishes. Design features included shooting range, 26 cell detention facility, bullet resistant sheathing, high density storage system, central 911 dispatch center, integrated security system, five vehicle bays, 2 sallyports, CID laboratory, and a 3,000 sf precast parking deck.
