Description: Construction Manager at Risk for 132,000 sf multi-tenant retail center. Site work includes new/extended site utilities, underground stormwater detention system, and wastewater treatment system. KBE originally performed extensive sitework on the 17-acre site, including earth and rock removal and processing and re-use of all rock on-site, when the project was put on hold in 2008 due to the economic downturn.
