Featuring a refined residential architectural style with high-end amenities, the community offers several dining options, cafes, exercise rooms, multi-media theaters, large community spaces, craft areas, outdoor living spaces, and more. Panelized construction process, with BIM-based design approach that creates an efficient, transparent, coordinated, and collaborative process. The overall floor plan/layout has been designed to maximize prefabrication off-site, to expedite erection in the field.
