Harbor Club at Waterside District

Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the tenant fit-out of 7,016 sf restaurant located in the Waterside District venue. The space features high-end finishes including wood wall coverings, faux wood decorative beams, large kitchen, and bar areas. Included outside balcony overlooking the Elizabeth River, interior island bar with a custom boat hanging from the ceiling, display kitchen, and ping-pong room. KBE also completed the overall renovations and improvements to Waterside District.
