Description: Preconstruction and Construction Manager at Risk for comprehensive, 202,400 sf renovation and addition of two entrances at this technical high school. The project includes exterior masonry restoration, new windows, new curtain wall systems, new roof, and full upgrade to high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems. On the interior, all finishes will be redone, with new millwork and new equipment for the technical education shops and laboratories. A new kitchen and dining hall will be provided, along with a fully renovated lecture hall with new seating and state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. The project also includes exterior site improvements, selective interior demolition, and asbestos abatement. Utilized High Definition 3DLS (3D Laser Scanning) technology to generate a base model of the existing building for use in MEP coordination activities. The 3DLS system was used to generate the 3D building model via Revit. Certified LEED Silver.
