Description: Preconstruction and Construction Manager at Risk for comprehensive, 202,400 sf renovation and addition of two entrances at this technical high school. The project includes exterior masonry restoration, new windows, new curtain wall systems, new roof, and full upgrade to high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems. On the interior, all finishes were redone, with new millwork and new equipment for the technical education shops and laboratories. The project provides a new kitchen and dining hall, along with a fully renovated lecture hall with new seating and state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. The scope also encompassed exterior site improvements, selective interior demolition, and asbestos abatement. Utilized High Definition 3DLS (3D Laser Scanning) technology to generate a base model of the existing building for use in MEP coordination activities. The 3DLS system was used to generate the 3D building model via Revit. Certified LEED Silver.
