Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the Chick and Tillie Fitness Center at Jewish Senior Services’ Harry and Jeannette Weinberg campus. The new community center replaces the Park Avenue Jewish Community Center in Bridgeport. The Fitness Center offers a 25-yard, 4-lane swimming pool; aqua therapy pools; a 5,000 sf exercise facility with treadmills; recumbent bikes; free weights and other cardio equipment; and dedicated rooms for personal training, massage therapy, and yoga, zumba, spinning, and other classes. It also includes men’s, women’s, and family locker rooms and a lounge.
