Description: Tysons Corner - General Contractor for open-store, phased renovation of the existing two-level, 60,000 sf L.L. Bean retail store. Scope included demolition of store perimeter shelving/merchandising, replaced with new rustic reclaimed wood wall treatments and shelving equipment; renovation of existing fitting rooms, bike shop sales/maintenance area; removal of existing water feature/display area; new exterior L.L.Bean monument signage; and replacement of all existing store fixtures and display racks.
Virginia Beach - General Contractor for the tenant fit-out of a 17,138 sf L.L. Bean retail store at Lynnhaven Mall. Scope included façade upgrades and tenant improvements to a former Lord & Taylor building that is now home to Virginia’s third L.L. Bean location. The store features an assortment of active and casual apparel and footwear for men and women, as well as outdoor lifestyle gear including hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking and camping equipment.
