Description: Construction Manager at Risk for 4-story, 10,000 sf addition and 26,000 sf renovation of historic New London Hall to create a leading-edge Science Center. The original stone masonry building was constructed in 1915. The new and renovated facility features high-end mechanical systems to support fume hoods, vacuum systems, natural gas and purified water systems for the computer, botany and biology labs. All heating and cooling provided through 44 geothermal wells. Project process included formal Partnering Program. LEED Gold certified.
