Description: Consultant* for the tilt-up construction of a one-story, 432,851 sf industrial building, including 6,413 sf of office space. Work also includes a freestanding 432 sf Guard House along with all related site and utility improvements and parking areas.*KBE is providing all field supervision through a consulting arrangement with the Construction Manager, Choate Construction.
