Description: General Contractor for the complete renovation of a functioning 50-suite inn, spa, dining and meeting facility. Renovations included the total removal and replacement of all mechanical systems, as well as a complete room-by-room makeover using upscale architectural finishes. All work was planned to avoid any interference with the many scheduled events at this popular facility.
