Description: Design Builder and Constructor for the new 210,000 sf, 727-bed multi-story residence complex. The scope consists of 89 single and 319 double bedrooms, including 27 ADA compliant beds. The ground floor includes a lobby, living room, game room, meeting rooms, laundry, and the Innovation Zone and Idea Lab that provides collaborative work space and tools. LEED Gold certified.
