Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation of the 41,000 sf, existing three-story library and construction of a 4,600 sf addition to house a new three-story entrance with clerestory, enlarged windows, mechanical and electrical upgrades, re-purposing of space, new collaboration rooms, 24-hour cafe/study space, administrative offices, seminar rooms, outdoor gathering area, and architectural finish improvements. Many of the library staff offices remained in operation throughout the project, and temporary protection erected around bookshelves to keep construction dust and debris out and allow staff access.
