Description: Construction Manager at Risk* services for a two-phase renovation project that encompasses the 200,000 sf, full-service, critical care Christina M. Nappi Surgical Tower and the 73,000 sf emergency facility and subsequent 50,000 sf renovation of the old emergency facility center after the new facility became fully operational. The Surgical Tower features 110 spacious private rooms and a 4,000 sf surgical waiting room with seating for approximately 135 people. The 73,000 sf surgical suite features 15 operating rooms, 38-bed intensive care unit, private patient rooms, 12,100 square-foot Central Sterile Unit, addition of 9 beds to the 16-bed Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, upgrades of all building systems to support lab and medical functions. The 58,000 sf renovation contains additional Post Anesthesia Care Units, men’s & women’s locker rooms, showers, exercise areas, administrative and additional staff support space.
