Description: Preconstruction and Construction Manager at Risk for new 130-bed, 81,139 sf senior living facility providing memory care and assisted living. Scope of work includes carpet and resilient flooring, gypsum and acoustic tile ceilings, paint, wall coverings, and wood trim. Building is structural steel with metal stud infill. The facility features dining rooms, kitchen, interior and exterior community areas, a salon, a gym, and an art room.
