Description: Construction Manager at Risk for new 84,137 sf, 95-unit, 4-story senior living facility providing 45 Assisted Living units and 50 Memory Care units. The steel-framed building includes a combination of standing seam and asphalt roofing, and a blend of stone veneer and exterior Hardi siding for the exterior finishes. Site work included the installation of 543 rammed aggregate piers.
With memory care units located on floors 3 and 4, several walk-out, planted “special needs” outdoor patios are accessible at these upper levels, giving residents safe access to the outdoors.
These patios range in size up to 10x20, and include “pet-friendly” artificial grass for the community’s therapy dogs. Other community features include dining rooms, kitchen, interior and exterior community areas, a salon, a gym, and an art room.
