Description: Preconstruction Manager for this 85-unit, 79,939 sf, assisted living and memory care facility set on a 4.6-acre parcel. The three-story building is designed in a Modern Georgian style and clad in shingles, clapboard, brick, and stone.
The community provides 54 AL units and 31 MC units, along with numerous amenities: dining options, commercial kitchen, wellness and recreation areas, common areas, and more.
The new facility is connected to Goebel House, an existing 24,046 sf, three-story building with basement. Renovations at Goebel House include interior renovations and addition of a new porte-cochère. The total square foot of both buildings is 103,985 sf.
