Description: Construction Manager at Risk for new two-story, 78,263 sf senior living facility providing 22 memory care units and 63 assisted living units, along with dining facilities, sports lounge and theatre, meditation room, library, and outdoor gardens designed to support memory care patients. Construction systems included steel core, composite joist/deck with light gauge metal stud structural metal framed walls, and fire-treated wood truss roof. Exterior finishes are stone veneer and Hardie siding. To aid in air purification and viral infection prevention, the mechanical systems incorporate a bipolar ionization systems throughout common spaces and residences for air purification.
