Description: Construction Manager at Risk for construction of a new 99,491 sf, 3-story senior living facility including site work and utilities, concrete foundations, structural light gauge metal framing, asphalt shingle roofing, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and masonry exterior, and MEP systems. The project is set on a 3.75 acre site with 68 vehicle parking spaces. The building features 143 suite units with a commercial kitchen, dining halls, café, and craft, exercise, media, lounge, and wellness rooms. Healthcare components include multiple nurses’ stations with medicine storage rooms.
