Description: Construction Administrator for the extensive upgrades to the 10,000-seat multi-purpose Total Mortgage Arena in downtown Bridgeport. The scope of work includes HVAC repair/ replacement (air handling units, dehumidification system, air cooled chillers, glycol feed system, integration with existing BMS); emergency power system improvements (gear modifications for transfer switch, generator fuel tank and enclosure, and generator battery charger); electrical system improvements (switchboards, panelboards, component coordination, lighting replacement); and fire alarm system modifications (smoke control, panel communication coordination, BMS coordination, fire pump).
