UCONN Jones Hall Annex Lab

Description: The 8,000 gross square foot (GSF) renovation will include laboratory spaces for extracting and preparing samples for analysis, drying and sieving soils, instrumentation room, chemical storage, grinding, storage for soil/compost educational items, airgas tank storage, water treatment system, computer area, offices, and office support spaces.
The Jones Building will be active during construction, work on shared walls will need to be coordinated and planned with Academic Renovations to limit disturbances to the building occupants. The Jones Annex will be empty of all occupants and closed to the public during construction.
