Description: General Contractor for 140,247 sf residence hall providing five floors of high-end apartments, a ground floor of combined residential and campus program, and two-level, 67,872 sf cast-in-place, below-grade parking garage with 137 parking spaces. The structure is girder slab or “D-Beam” type with ornate brick veneer, architectural precast and metal panel exterior. Includes $1.1M drilled pier component encompassing 74 drilled shafts totaling 2700 vertical feet, ranging from 4 to 6 feet in diameter.
