Description: Design-Builder and Constructor for 128,000 sf, five-story, 338-bed residence hall and 450-car parking garage- KBE’s sixth project for WCSU. Accomplished a 12-month construction schedule in just 10 months, needed to accommodate delays caused by neighbor opposition to project siting.
