Description: Construction Manager at Risk for the 855,882 sf mixed-use residential and retail project. The seven-story structure is composed of a two-story, cast-in-place concrete podium with five stories of wood-framed residential space above. In all, the building encompasses 632,613 sf of residential space (394 units/587 beds) and retail space, along with a five-level, 213,162 sf precast parking garage providing 589 spaces. The residential buildings are divided between east and west, with walkways connecting the buildings. The West building consists of commercial/retail space on the 2nd floor, and a 3rd floor providing commercial/retail, amenity areas, and residential units. The remaining floors (4 through 8) consist entirely of residential units. The east building wraps around the pre-cast parking garage structure and includes a mix of two-story town-homes and residential units on Levels 1 and 2, with residential units on levels 3 through 7 above.
