KBE Building Corporation has officially broken ground on Mozaic Concierge Living, a new Life Plan Community in Stamford developed by Mozaic Senior Life.
Spanning 483,888 square feet on a 15-acre site, the community will include 164 independent living residences and 42 care units for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Amenities will feature multiple dining venues, a wellness center with a pool, and both structured and surface parking—blending luxury, wellness, and comprehensive care in a thoughtfully planned environment.
