Description: Construction Manager at Risk for a new, four-building residence hall complex providing 450 beds and a student Headhouse commons building. Set on 6.03 acres, the overall complex encompasses 130,000 sf. Each of the three-story residential buildings are wood-framed. The 10,000 sf, two-story, steel-framed Headhouse provides student meeting space for work collaboration, gathering and dining. All buildings are clad in brick veneer with flat roofs, and are designed to Passive House Standards.
